The classes are limited to 6 people with the instructor demonstrating all movements targeting the entire body in various modalities taken from CrossFit, Olympic Lifting Principles, Endurance training, etc..The program broken out into 3 phases over 6 weeks.These phases are: Endurance, Hypertrophy, and Power which will cycle over 4 rounds of continually evolving dynamicsTotal body is open to all levels for Strength Society’s programming
